A three ingredient recipe for delicious, low carb bagel breakfast success.

My coworker shared this concept, and anything with Everything But The Bagel Seasoning has the green light from me. These low carb tortillas make the case for a more keto-friendly option, and I always choose a light cream cheese option where able.

Making Low Carb Everything But the Bagel Bites

1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Spread light layer of cream cheese on each tortilla.
3. Sprinkle with Everything But The Bagel Seasoning to taste.

4. Roll tightly and slice 1″ thick until whole roll is individual bites.
5. Place on greased/lined cookie sheet.

6. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until light, crispy brown color.
7. Allow bites to cool a few minutes before enjoying!

Serving Suggestions

We’ve had them with bacon and sausage and neither disappoint! Pictured are real meals showing what I found to be good serving sizes. Perfect for a lighter breakfast and even better for meal prepping! The small, bite-sized servings fit easily into any meal prep containers or food storage containers (like these gorgeous light blue ones).

Bacon is Oscar Meyer Low Sodium and Sausages are Johnsonville Original Recipe.

Refrigerate in sealed container for up to ~5 days for best results. Great for a little snack or breakfast to-go, either hot or cold. 🙂

Other Ingredient Options

These are all the ingredients you need, plus your favorite cream cheese, to make these delicious bites.
