Do the Supplements Work?
My experience has been great! I’m on day 10 of my Big Chill routine and I’ve truly noticed a difference. A huge priority for me is heart health, and I’ve noticed my resting heart rate is lower since I started taking the supplements. If I had to guess, that’s a byproduct of being more calm and relaxed (which is a pretty solid byproduct!). I take one capsule daily in the morning with my matcha latte and avocado toast.
