Straight from the Starbucks Secret Menu, this Cookies and Cream Frappuccino is everything and more. I’ve been craving cookies and cream ice cream this whole first trimester. So, when I made an afternoon Starbucks stop recently I asked my barista for the closest thing they had.
Much to my surprise, both times I’ve ordered one so far the baristas instantly had the same amazing recommendation. Ever ask for a recommendation and the barista is just stumped? Not these rockstars!
How to Order a Cookies and Cream Frappuccino
To my knowledge, it isn’t commonly know by a ‘Cookies and Cream Frappuccino’ in-store, so I wouldn’t ask for one straight up. Here’s the label from when I ordered it for my visual learners.
If you’re in the drive thru you would ask for a “Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino, sub white mocha sauce, no whipped cream,” in whatever size you’re craving.
To make it even easier, here are the screenshots from the app to make your mobile ordering experience absolutely seamless.
Essentially, it’s a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino with white mocha sauce instead of regular mocha sauce, and no whipped cream.
Two baristas mentioned you can also order a Java Chip Frappuccino and subbing with white mocha sauce is also an option, but that doesn’t come with cookie crumbles by default, so it’d be a more complicated order. Also, if memory serves me well, that drink tastes a lot more like coffee versus ‘cookies’.
Cookies and Cream Frappuccino Nutrition
As with all of my Frappuccinos, I prefer to order them sans whipped cream. It cuts down calories and on some days I just really want a venti, and I feel less bad about the splurge when I don’t get even more calories from whipped cream on top.
